Ik heb een week geleden aan mijn vriend gevraagd of hij nog leuke ideeen had voor steampunk items. En dat had hij :)
Stropdassen, van leer, stijlvol en toch bijzonder.
Ik ben echt heel tevreden over het resultaat, hier een voorproefje, ik ga er nog meer maken.

voorbereiden midzomer Archeon

Ik ben druk bezig met dingen maken om te verkopen op de midzomerfair in het archeon.
Hoewel ik ook steampunk dingen maak, richt ik mij toch vooral cybergothic.

Het Archeon houd een vrijkaartjes wedstrijd, nu begrijp ik niet helemaal of je dan zaterdag kaartjes krijgt voor zondag of vrijkaartjes voor midwinter, of van die algemene dat je het zelf kan kiezen. Maar iig de wedstrijd http://archeon.nl/nederlands/agenda/midzomer+fair.html

Ben druk bezig met vanalles, en er komt helemaal niets terrecht van mij UFO regel.
Hier een voorproefje van wat ik al af heb, maar eigenlijk moet je gewoon naar het Archeon komen op 18 en/of 19 juni om alles goed te bekijken.

UnFinished Objects

My rooms a mess, and though that's nothing new, i decided i would go craft acording to a new rule.
Before every new project i start i have to finish a UFO. And since projects often turn in to UFO's i think this is the way to go to force myself to finish stuf.

This week i finished my pink/white fluffy legwarmers.
And started on foam falls.

I'm working really hard on making things for the gothic and fantasy fair in October, using a flower tutorial on that site.
They have the greatest recycle projects listed, i love the t-shirt dresses most.
It's relly worth taking a look, for inspitation and fun.

a finished project

I finished my steampunk bag this week. And like how it turned out, it's my first big project with leather.

But since i choose comfort over good looking i'll stick with my eastpack. I have this bag for sale on marktplaats now.

I'm looking forward to make more accessoiries from 2nd hand materials =) and should get a site to sell it, since my parents won't let me use their creditcard i can't have an etsy account.

systematic chaos

Stuff i have
- 7 boxes with fabric scraps for doll clothing
- 4 fabric pieces i wanted to make cardigans from, for a fair where i stood in october
- gears from an old clock
- pieces of my old demolished sewingmachine
- about 60 skeleton keys
- 40 keyboard interriors, there is great stuff in there, but i never got arround to use it
- brown and green leather i stripped off old couches
- transparent plastic tablecloth for clothing
- Linnen for another mideavel dress

stuff to do
- Homework for my education as soundengeneer
- half finished mideavel dress
- half finished assasins creed costume
- half finished steampunk bag
- half finished hello kitty cardigan
- pre cut dollclothing i still have to sew
- tons of dollfurniture wich needs repainting, but no place for a dollhouse
- glass cristmas balls to paint
- blanco piggybanks to paint

It's quite a list. And i plan to get rid of all this stuff. Some by using it, others by giving it away or selling it.
In about a year i hope to go and live together with my boyfriend, and i can't take all this with me, but i can't leave it with my parents either. They are getting sick of it already and now it's still my bedroom.
I promissed myself if i manage to clear things, i will make my own weddingdress. :) great deal right?

I want to use this to talk about my projects, and to get in touch with people who have the same interrests.
In the next periode i will try several diciplines to see wich suits me best. With sometimes rants about my pullip dolls.

I make dollclothing, sometimes human clothing and lots of human accessoiries.

I plan on working with felting wool, leather, and rubber from cartires.
